BEFORE APPOINTMENT.

  • Arrive Makeup-Free: which means no mascara, concealer, makeup, or skincare of any kind around the eye area. More time-consuming to remove makeup means less time to focus and start actual treatment.

  • Skip the coffee/ energy drinks and have them after the treatment so your body can be relaxed 100 %

  • Go to the Bathroom before the treatment starts because the process can take 1-2 hours. If you are busted and want to go, then it is not a nice experience of lashing we want to give you. The treatment will be delayed!

  • Come With Photo Inspiration: What you might consider being a natural look can be completely different from what we think is a natural look. So bring an inspirational photo of eyelash extension to make sure we are on the same page.

  • Make a Playlist  If you’re worried that you’ll be bored, we don’t mind if you want to listen to music or a podcast.

  • Know Your Allergies: The procedure has some risks to consider, including allergy to the glue, so if you have experienced irritating, itchiness, redness, or dryness at your previous salon. We will do a patch test to make sure it is safe to perform the treatment.

LASH AFTERCARE.

  • Avoid Getting Them Wet the First 24 Hours: Avoid all contact with water and steam within the first 24 hours after having your extensions applied.

  • Don’t Use Cleansers With Oil: Don’t use any oil-based products while you have lash extensions. This includes makeup removers, cleansers, facial oils, and oil-serum hybrids, as the oil causes the glue to dissolve.

  • Don’t Stand Under the Shower head For Too Long: “The weight of the water can lead to premature breakages

  • Sleep on Your Side: Causing your eyelashes are likely being pressed into your pillowcase, which will expedite fallout and breakage.

  • Avoid Rubbing Your Eyes or Touching Your Extensions: The more touching, tugging, and rubbing, the weaker your extensions become. They will fall out or break off ahead of schedule

  • Don’t use cotton tips to clean your lashes, the fiber of cotton tips might trap among the lashes and extension which can cause more attraction of build-ups.

  • Wash your lashes regularly at least 3 times a week with professional lash foam to prolong lash life.

  • No mascara, no lash curler, no strip lashes are applied over the extension. Powder eye makeup products are recommended.

  • Don’t leave it too long between infills – under 3 weeks is best, as by 4 – 5 weeks they may be too grown out to infill effectively, and a new set may be needed.
